Customers are not just paying for the drinks you serve, but for a ‘total’ experience including the atmosphere of the bar, your friendliness and that of the other staff.
This online training will help you develop the knowledge and skills to deliver this total experience.
NOTE: If you do not have a voucher and your manager has asked you to pay – no problem just go to the home page and select the ‘individual’ payment for £4.95.

Once completed you can access your account by selecting ‘Account’.
Your online induction courses can be completed in stages – so you can go in and out by selecting ‘My Course’ in the header. This will appear in the header once you have registered.
