Success depends on your commitment to giving customers excellent service in a safe and secure environment.
This online induction programme has been designed to support you in those critical first few days and then going forward in learning of products and working practices specific to where you work.
Each subject has to be completed in the correct sequence – no jumping about and all subjects must be completed. You do not have to complete the programme in one go – you have an account that you can login into and the work you have completed will be saved.
Even once finished you will be able to return and complete the activities ‘at my work’ worksheets and ‘product knowledge’ specific to your workplace.
There is a knowledge check after each subject to check understanding – using multiple choice questions and then at the end a final test – to help your revision all must be answered correctly and it can be taken again.
To pass you will need to score over 85% – do not worry if do not pass straight away as you can go back, do some more revision and then re-take the test.
Once you pass you will be issued with an online certificate that you can download and share with your manager to demonstrate you have successfully completed your induction.
